CloudFormation status validation

Issue #186

Description of changes: This PR is related to the CloudFormation stack status validation task of the issue below. It adds the following:

• A new test to check if the stack status is UPDATE_COMPLETE or CREATE_COMPLETE which means that resources have been correctly deployed inside the cloud.
• Fix template format error inside add-ivs.sh script (the resource name was non alphanumeric)
