Issue #261

Description of changes:

Add IVS Video Player (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ivs/latest/userguide/player-ios.html)
Refactor tests
Refactor utils

When IVS service is used, IVS SDK for iOS is used for the video player integration instead of VLCKit to support Low-Latency feature.
