Fix #60 + small updates in documentation. #65

Issue #, if available:

60 : fixes the rebuild command (and load) of the argot-cli. You can now makes changes in your program and rebuild in the cli without leaving the cli.

Description of changes:

made sure the analyzer state is properly updated in the rebuild command of the cli.
some fixes to the documentation to update the trace format.
