Description of changes: This adds a choice of loggers by default:

LogGroup defined in analysis/config/logging.go has 5 loggers for Error, Warning, Info, Debug and Trace levels.
Configuration files now have an integer loglevel parameter that defaults to Info=3
Also renames single-function to intra-procedural and cross-function to inter-procedural in comments and outputs.
