Feature request: Enable selection of specific scans to execute #39

Hi,

I'm with AWS and use this tool intensively. Often the default set of scans isn't 100% those we'd like to run against our code. It'd be great to have the ability to select which scans to run.

Use case

We may want to exclude certain scans that are not required in a specific scenario.

User experience

Introduce a CLI command to accept a list of scan names.
