Remedation to pass end-to-end integration testing of ADDF manifests

Description of changes:

Correct paths for module manifests in ros-image-demo/ manifests
Revert dependencies for ros-to-png docker image module. The image does not support Python >3.8
Upgrade airflow version in MWAA module to 2.6.3
