Eureka module deployment for eureka #480

Description of changes:

This PR is to update DCV modules. DCV modules were failing because cdk_ecr_deployment was old. There was a lambda issue that blocked deployment
Eureka module is the code illustration for the blog post "How to expansively train Robot Learning on ADDF leveraging rewards functions generated by LLM"

Can you add a readme to eureka example manifests folder, describing what are those manifests for? (purpose)

Also can you re-name eureka-example folder to something closer to your use-case?
