Changes to text fragments and images are not reflected in the UI #341

Following the instructions here I should be able to just edit them in S3 and the changes should show up. They do not. I have also edited the files in dev-portal/public/custom-content repackaged and re-deployed with sam and a novel StaticAssetRebuildToken value. UI still does not reflect any change. Am I missing something?

Turned out I needed to invalidate the cache in CloudFront
