Fixed a bug where the email validation was prematurely shown
Fixed a bug where the catalog visibility listing showed API Gateway-managed APIs under the generic listing and not in the API Gateway listing
Removed aws-sdk and its dependencies from the catalog updater lambda, as it's bundled with the Lambda runtime and also installed separately at the project root
