Disable APIs and "Our APIs" link when not logged-in? #509

Is there a way to disable or remove the APIs link in the header and "Our APIs" in the home page until the user logs-in? Right now, it appears the links are clickable (pointing to /apis) but is not authenticated so it keeps spinning. Thanks
