Registering Users - AWS Cognito service #616

Hi,

would like to listen your solutions regarding my below problem: AWS developer portal is using AWS Cognito for authentication. Unfortunately, UAE region does not support Cognito service yet.

Is there any workaround solution to avoid using cognito?
