Due to security risks (with json5 especially) we need to bump our dependencies and node so bumped it all but had to move to projen to avoid the dependency over superchain docker container that needed to be updated as well for node 16 support ... long story short:
replaced the cicd pipeline previously based on delivlib (implying superchain docker container for AWS CodePipeline / AWSCodebuild) with github actions (using default projen one)
removed unused packages and files
