Incorrect key RuleARN in compliance-whitelist.json example file. #47

This key value needs to be ConfigRuleArn and not RuleARN to align with parsing in etl_evaluations.py https://github.com/awslabs/aws-config-engine-for-compliance-as-code/blob/master/rulesets-build/compliance-whitelist.json#L3
