Please review the gherkin and let me know for any changes. REDSHIFT_IN_TRAILING_MAINTENANCE_TRACK.txt

We will be using the "describe-clusters" call with the filter "--cluster-identifier" to get the Maintenance trackname of each of the cluster. Link for the API call : https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/reference/redshift/describe-clusters.html
