user-request: ELASTICACHE custom rule to check tags #373

Moring, I'm working on a custom rule to check the tags on Elasticache and when creating a custom rule you can select the trigger type, when selecting resources I can't see/find elasticache in there and it would be 100% helpful. Isn't it possible to check Elasticache resources yet with AWS-config???
