Python required tag for many resources #396

Hi,

I'm using the custom config rule for EC2 required tag and it's working fine.

I tried to execute adding other resources on APPLICABLE_RESOURCES variable, but it's not working.

It's possible to execute this rule for others resources supported by Config?

I tried this:

Specify desired resource types to validate

APPLICABLE_RESOURCES = ["AWS::EC2::Instance","AWS::S3::Bucket","AWS::DynamoDB::Table","AWS::Glue::Job","AWS::RDS::DBInstance"]
