Description of changes:

IMDSv2 uses session authentication to retrieve EC2 instance metadata. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/configuring-instance-metadata-service.html
Updated to use HttpClient class as HttpWebRequest is not recommended anymore
