Allows the repository to be installed via pip: pip install -e git://github.com/stevenayers/aws-glue-libs#egg=aws-glue-libs

@moomindani, as the only recent maintainer who has had any activity on this repository, can you please merge this in?

This is the third PR that's been opened to do this in 5 years and none have been merged.
