Expand video recorder to support USB camera #5

Current implementation assumes RTSP camera is used and does not support USB Camera recording. This is a possible use case for the use of KVS and Greengrass not covered by any of the existing Amazon or Community components. To support this, VideoRecorder should be expanded to support new CameraType(USB), and logic is required that constructs camera recorder similar to how RecorderCameraRtsp does.
