Support multiple rules in the automation definition file #64

Description of changes:

The automation rules JSON file can now ALSO support MULTIPLE rules, and they will be processed as expected. This is a more realistic scenario than multiple files and invocations of the script
Autofixing of some missing items in the rule file for ease of use
Code style cleanup, PEP compliant
Removal of sensitive remnant files
