Cannot run aws-shell on OSX 10.12.2 #170

I am using pyenv for python. Python version 2.7.12. Pip version 9.0.1 Get this error http://pastebin.com/2WF6WuTz Saws runs fine with the same config

Had it installed on the system python as well. Removed aws-shell from there and it works fine.
