[Improvement] Remove --ignore=E902 in python-common.mk #1027

To fix Flake8 sliding versions (https://github.com/awslabs/benchmark-ai/issues/1026) I temporarily added an ignore for this lint failure since in the old version you could pass non existent folders without problem. Please do this correctly
