Allows for automatic creation of Cloudwatch dashboards from user-defined metrics submitted during an individual run
Will update existing Dashboard with user defined metrics if dashboard already exists.
Feature is available for SM and EKS training jobs
Fixed minor typos I saw lingering in the codebase :)
