[Feature] AWS CDK Blueprint for EMR on EKS deployment #26

AWS CDK blueprint to deploy EKS Cluster, node groups, EMRonEKS Virtual Cluster with all the necessary permissions
Create a CDK folder under data-on-eks/analytics/ and add a new exmaple
Add REDME with deploy instructions
Add a new docs page using MDX format under -> https://github.com/awslabs/data-on-eks/tree/main/website/docs/amazon-emr-on-eks. Refer the existing examples for writing a doc. Feel free to add screenshots for test results

This is now available under EMR on EKS folder
