Upgrade to spark 3.2

Description of changes:

• fix hasCorrelation Check fail
• fix failed tests when verifying number of submitted jobs due to AQE is enabled by default from Spark 3.2
• fix scala.reflect related error
• format scala files to pass scalastyle check

mvn clean build has been executed successfully on my local PC.
