[feat request] hyper embeddings #235

Hi, I just wanted to know if hyper embeddings were ever implemented or will be in the near future? They seem to be very expressive and I would love to use it under dgl-ke framework.

Apparently someone worked on it but then it got deleted: https://github.com/awslabs/dgl-ke/pull/173
