!DGLBACKEND=pytorch dglke_train Not Working #274

It seems that the DGL-KE library needs DGL 0.4.3 to operate properly. I was unable to download that specific version of DGL. Other versions of DGL seem to not work as well. I have also adjusted the versions of DGL-KE to prior versions still with no success to create embeddings.

With the master branch (https://github.com/awslabs/dgl-ke/pull/268). It can works with dgl 0.8.
