Add support on-demand capacity mode #141

Issue #131

This PR allow you to create table with on-demand capacity mode enabled.

This is something we at Ad Astra also are planning to use in production, so this would have very high value for us. @jeskew If there is anything we can do to help out on this PR (testing, etc), please let us know!

@ted-mccarthyfinch @danielemiliogarcia I think we've waited enough. I released this PR under the package name @spreen/dynamodb-data-mapper version 0.8.1
