Allow additional Cloudwatch Alarm Actions #349

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, CloudWatch Alarms created via LZA only allow sending an SNS message once the alarm is triggered. See here. This works quite well, but it would be nice to support other native Cloudwatch capabilities for triggering actions.

Describe the feature you'd like I'm especially interested in creating Ops Items based on an Alarm, see here:

Additional actions would be cool too for better automation capabilities.

Additional context Effort wise this should be a minor change. I can support with testing and implementation as well.

Hi Aleksa! Thank you for utilizing the Landing Zone Accelerator on AWS solution. I have created a feature request for this issue. As we evaluate this feature in our backlog, I will keep this issue open in the meantime should you have any other questions or concerns.
