Hability to create Private Hosted Zones in workload accounts from shared VPC #92

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Because of the nature of shared VPC it renders the task tedious to create a private hosted zone within a workload account who received its VPC through RAM.

Describe the feature you'd like I'd like to be able to declare private hosted zones for accounts with shared VPC through the LZA config.

Hi @richardkeit ,

We're aiming for supporting public and private Route 53 hosted zones sometime in Q1 of next year. I'll keep this thread open in the meantime should there be any update on this feature request.
