Adjust waveport mesh for cpw example following #68 #199

The size of the ports in https://github.com/awslabs/palace/pull/68 lead to some odd behavior for very high frequencies. The sizes now agree with dimension guidance of https://space.mit.edu/RADIO/CST_online/mergedProjects/3D/special_overview/special_overview_waveguideover.htm.
