Is it possible to create custom constraints? #89

I would like to implement my own constraints, and add them to a certain check through addConstraint method. Is it possible? How? Any documentation link would be very appreciated.

I've found this issue for parent Deequ (not PyDeequ): https://github.com/awslabs/deequ/issues/230
