This PR replaces the default RTD search function with Unified search powered by AWS. Tested the search and it works in https://atqy-sagemaker-debugger.readthedocs.io/en/website/
I have run pre-commit install && pre-commit run --all-files to ensure that auto-formatting happens with every commit.
