Description of changes: Significant enhancements to the validation of parameters,

Only fill in the parameters you need.
regex based validation for all field to reduce the number of failed deployments.
Added option of specifying the FunctionName, very helpful when calling from other automations like codepipeline
Option to disable by scheduled execution byt simply omitting the parameter.
