Lost progress when reuploading large files after error #149

I was testing the large file (10GB) upload. I intentionally disconnected the network during the upload. The upload failed with an option to re-upload to resume the progress. But it failed to resume from where it left off (see the attached the screen shots).

I also tried a 26GB file and upload stopped a little past an hour. I couldn't resume the upload either through VAMS interface.
