If I logout of Wordpress then I only see the first 3 fields of 20 in my form. #473

Issue Overview

I am using latest version of WordPress and Torro form plugin. It all works great - allowing me to create forms and test them as long as I am logged in as wordpress ADMIN. If I log out of Wordpress then I only see the first 3 fields of 20 in my form. This is the same on all web browsers on different computers.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Create any form and save and log out and then try to view the form without being logged in and it only shows the first few fields of a Torro form when it is not included in a page using a shortcode.
  2. If I add the shortcode for a form to a new WordPress page then the form displays and behaves properly on all web browsers on all pages.
  3. This page with a shortcode display the form properly - https://www.open-mesh.ca/openmesh-replacement-surveys/
  4. This form without a page shortcode does not display properly - https://www.open-mesh.ca/forms/openmesh-replacement-survey/

    PHP 7.1 and the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer on different computers and OS's

At first: thank you for reporting! :) I have checked out the two links you sent, but when I open the URL's, I can't see a difference. I made some screenshots of it:

Do you have cleaned up the browser cache?

I did clear the browser caches on all of my computers. With what you report
