Target a custom AWS endpoint?

I am using localstack - this means setting the aws endpoint-url config. Is that achievable with this package?

Would you be interested in a pull request if not?

Unfortunately the project where this would be helpful ends next week :D

If I have time at some point next week I'll try to put something together.
