I have already tested one or two links from slack in its media player. And it is working

@dydgus9011 hey all the codecs are working and we are able to get the video level information , much more precise than what it is given us in the title. So thats good

It has been implemented and tested there is new flag added in the main which can be set to true or false to let the application run over the network or fully locally without any network parameter
