make Time app centered #24

  1. make Time app centered when 12h format enabled
  2. remove the last dot of date

Not all numbers have the same width, therefore you will not get a centered time until you calculate it depending on the actual time and numbers. Just do add one pixel will be not enough,

the last dot of the date was an epicit wish from the community in the past, i will not remove it beacause of a personal preference :)
