Most servers are still on Java 16, so i will wait before merging this PR.

Now that Minecraft 1.18+ requires Java 17+ it might be a good idea to upgrade the version of java used by the plugin to jdk 17. https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-1-18-pre-release-2
