Switch terminology from VIN to something more general #1

Since we don't actually care if it's a VIN, as long as it's a unique device ID for the vehicle, we should not use "VIN" specifically. Some people will read it and assume that a VIN is strictly necessary, when all we need is a unique identifier for the vehicle or even the Primary.
