Better support for multiple vehicles #18

I'm currently working on adding support for multiple vehicles to both the demo and the reference implementation. One could previously have used multiple Director instances in the reference implementation, one per vehicle, to achieve a similar end, but it would not have been very sensible.

This is done and functional now, both in the demo and in the reference implementation. The last commit in the series for this was this one.
