Approval workarround

Looks like there's a way to avoid the approval process.

1. Personalized a product not logged in
2. Added the product to my cart, at which point Magento asks me if I want to 
checkout as a guest or log in
3. I logged in as a customer that has an approver assigned
4. My item got through as if it was already approved.

The extension did not stop the checkout process after I announced my self as a 
customer who has to have his orders approved.

Logically, stores using approval extension would have items that require 
approval hidden from the general public. But I think we still need to fix this.
