Feature Request: Switch .litcoffee to .coffee.md for formatting on github #26

.coffee.md is a valid literal coffeescript extension. By renaming the files they would be nicely formatted on github.

Meteor has support for .coffee.md on the devel branch but it hasn't been released yet. (Meteor 0.6.5 and 0.6.5.1 don't support it).

But we can leave this open for a future version of Meteor :)
