Remove Mek architecture #36

Description

The Mekanism-inspired architecture still exists on the mek-arch branch. It just ended up that that code was far more complicated than we needed for this mod, which is comparatively much simpler.

Guts the Mekanism-inspired architecture from the codebase and gets us to a "fresh" state. We will need to re-implement our class files and everything.
