General fixes to get things 'v1-ready' #1

This is a general PR that does a number of things:

  1. Adds a rudimentary "About" page
  2. Remove search icon since it's non-functional
  3. Update existing schema models
  4. Add employer model to the schema (and consume it on the About page)
