Description

A major update to the mcnuggies blog. Changes include:

Replace Gatsby site with Next.js version
- Gatsby is too opinionated
- DX for Gatsby is sometimes really bad (it seemed to "swallow" errors related to Sass - I'm sure I had something wrong with my setup, but even with verbose on, the error was never surfaced)
  - Sass "just works" in Next.js
Improve project DX (QoL scripts and docs)
Monorepo setup with Lerna
- The only lerna-managed packages are those in the packages directory; the web app and Sanity studio packages are not managed by Lerna
Contact form on About page (currently integrates with SendGrid)
- Supplementary node app to facilitate sending the emails (receives POSTs, sends API requests to SendGrid in response)
UI changes throughout the site
(May be removed) demo components
- I'm not seeing much utility here - just extra overhead, it seems

- [x] Make bottom edge of input section to be gradient that "fades out" articles that scroll by

- [x] Prevent contact form from opening new page and/or redirecting on submit
- [ ] ~~Create template for contact form~~ DEFERRED - not user-facing and I don't really care about the formatting at the moment - not expecting tons of contact, so it shouldn't be pressing
- [ ] ~~Test (and debug) embedded images~~ DEFERRED - shouldn't block the update (ONLY because there are currently no articles with images embedded in them; it's not a priority at the moment)
- [ ] ~~Make work history sections collapsible in some manner (test out UX - too much nesting is crappy)~~ - DEFERRED - shouldn't block the update as it's a UX update, which can be handled later in a smaller PR
[ ] (Once ready for merging) Deployment
- [ ] Determine best location (and approach) for deploying email service
- [ ] Update Netlify build scripts
- [ ] Update CI tasks
