Adds a more-useful home page setup than the old site had (which was basically just tiles with the same links as the side bar).
Now, the redundant links have description text :exploding_head:
Additionally, there is a "Tech stack" section listing a number of the providers used to develop, host and maintain this site.
Most of the "lines" in this change are just SVG files (primarily the SVG from Cypress as it's, by far, the most complex logo SVG).
