in tutorial, and reduce the customFuncs to ease the tutorial

dont forget to use other aliases than 'pipes' (connectors, concatenate, chaining...etc) since people could not know what is a 'linux pipe' (a common topic for linuxeers but not for everybody), so it is better to say that it takes the previous data as input and generates a new output . period.
