Reorder the pages in a notebook.

In V3 of the software interface, pages are now stored in individual files, being zero-indexed 0.rm, to <N-1>.rm.

When moving (just rename?) or removing some, additional meta data such as background (.pagedata) and general meta data (.content, .metadata) must be updated
